Dr. T. S. Surendran is a highly qualified and experienced ophthalmologist with an impressive list of achievements. He has forty years of experience in Pediatric Ophthalmology, specializing in pediatric botox, contact lens, and low vision aids, and has trained numerous postgraduate students in ophthalmology and optometry. Currently serving as the Chairman and Director of Pediatric Ophthalmology, Trustee and Board Member of Sankara Nethralaya Chennai and Sankara Deva Nethralaya Guwahati Assam, and Chairman of the Institutional Committee for Stem Cell Research, Govt. Dr. Surendran is also a member of AAPCOS and AIOS, having organized two major conferences in strabismus in 1996 and 2007.
