VIMAL MEHRA

Vimal Mehra is a senior Ocularist and Anaplstologist, a well-known personality within the country and internationally. He has been in Ocularistry since 1999 and has many awards to his credit and several presentations. His students are currently working in major eye care institutes nationally and internationally. He is one of the few Anaplastologists in the country. He is currently a visiting consultant Ocularist to Waviker Eye Hospital in Maharashtra – India, Shree Gajanan Eye Hospital in Aurangabad – Maharashtra – India, Agarwals Eye Hospital – Wadala – Mumbai – India, and has his own practice in Thane under the banner of `Mehra`s Ocular Prosthetics`. In the past, he was a visiting consultant to several esteemed eye care institutions in the country, to name a few: Vasan Eye Care, Mumbai, Rajan Eye Care, Chennai, Vittahala Eye Institute, Bangalore, Soham Eye Care, Kolkata, and he also served as HOD at Shekher Eye Care and Research Institute, Mumbai. Currently, he is nominated and elected President of the `Ocularist Society of India` and also a founder member of the society
