Prof Sushmita Kaushik is a Professor of Ophthalmology at the Advanced Eye Centre, PGIMER, Chandigarh. She is the Founder Secretary of the Indian Pediatric Glaucoma Society and former Secretary of the Glaucoma Society of India. Dr Kaushik has 172 publications and contributed 51 chapters to Textbooks. She received the Noel Rice Lecture by the UK Pediatric Glaucoma Society, Rustam Ranji Oration, and the Champalimaud Lecture by LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, Prabhakaran Memorial oration by KSOS, and has won numerous Best Scientific awards at National and International fora. She is in charge of the Institute Teaching Program.
