Dr Norlaila Talib obtained her MBBS from University Of Malaya. She later continued to further her studies in Master of Ophthalmology in UKM. She completed her fellowship training in 2007 under the supervision of Dr Wan Zalina in Hospital Selayang and Dr Hatem Aiman Tawfiq in Cairo ,Egypt . She is at present practicing in Hospital Serdang . She is still actively training fellowship trainee in Oculoplastic and Orbit surgery.
