Amgad Eldib, is an assistant professor at the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He received his medical degree from Cairo University, Egypt. He completed his ophthalmology residency and a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship at the Research Institute of Ophthalmology, Cairo, Egypt. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia followed by another fellowship at UPMC, Pittsburgh, USA. He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow, UK. His area of sub-specialization is Pediatric Glaucoma and has numerous publications in pediatric ophthalmology. He is a Member of WSPOS connectivity Bureau.
