Dr Alvina Pauline Santiago is an Associate Professor of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, currently the Division Chief of Pediatric Ophthalmology at the Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences, Philippine General Hospital. She was trained at the Children`s Eye Care Center of New Jersey and the Jules Stein Eye Institute of the University of California, Los Angeles in Pediatric Ophthalmology & Adult Strabismus. She is a board member of the Philippines Board of Ophthalmology, and served as an officer of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Philippine Society of Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus.
